Civil society filed petitions for "indirect" initiative, asking the Senate and the House of Representatives to convene in constituent assembly, adopt the People's Draft (a crowd-sourced constitution), and endorse to the Comelec to set for plebiscite, at the same time as the elections in May 2022.
